Marengo CIMS Hospital proudly hosted the much-anticipated “We Excel” Town Hall on February 28, 2026, at the Auditorium, Basement 1 – West Wing of Marengo CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad. Designed as an engaging platform to recognize and celebrate exceptional efforts, dedication, and organizational achievements, the event reflected Marengo’s culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
The event was hosted by the Clinical Research Department, bringing together clinical, nursing, administrative, and support teams under one roof. A key highlight was the insightful Leadership Talk by Dr. Keyur Parikh, who shared strategic perspectives on quality healthcare delivery, patient-centric innovation, and collective excellence as the foundation of sustainable growth.
The dynamic agenda featured Departmental Role Plays, Organizational Updates, Inspiring Patient Stories and Testimonials, Introduction of New Joiners, and the much-awaited Smileage Awards honoring outstanding contributors. Employee Engagement Activities added energy to the gathering, while special Birthday Celebrations for January and February team members fostered warmth and camaraderie.
