WE EXCEL, our monthly Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiative, is a platform dedicated to celebrating employee commitment, teamwork, and contributions towards our shared hospital goals.
Each month, WE EXCEL is planned and hosted by a different department, bringing fresh perspectives and creative themes that reflect our core values—quality, compassion, collaboration, innovation, and accountability. This inclusive approach strengthens inter-departmental bonding and reinforces the idea that excellence is a collective responsibility.
