Health Check-up Camp and Public Awareness Session at Marengo CIMS Hospital for SBI Pension association
Marengo CIMS Hospital successfully conducted the Health Check-up Camp along with a Public Awareness Session in association with State Bank of India Pensioners Association on December 6, 2025. This was being conducted to foster preventive healthcare and build awareness regarding some very common yet critical health conditions affecting people in their older years.
Over 100 SBI pensioners participated in the camp and benefited from essential health services. The participants underwent basic checkups of blood pressure, blood sugar, and other routine parameters that gave a good idea about the present health status. The event ensured an enabling environment wherein individuals could clear doubts, understand the risk factors, and thus get guidance on how to manage their health in a better way.
One of the major attractions of the event was the awareness session, which was addressed by senior specialists from Marengo CIMS Hospital. Dr. Hiren Kevadiya, Dr. Kavach Patel, and Dr. Veer Shah gave sensible talks on cardiac health, neurological well-being, and cancer awareness. The sessions were oriented on early detection, lifestyle modification, recognition of symptoms, and the importance of timely medical intervention.
